Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, both in-store and online, provided the original receipt is presented. This includes change of mind purchases.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale Items: All sale items are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the item is faulty. This excludes items purchased with a customer discount upon signing up to our database.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for earrings.
Product Variations
Please note that our products are crafted from natural materials such as silver, precious stones, organic yak wool, and hand-woven pashminas. As a result, slight variations between products may occur, adding to their unique charm.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
Return Process

- Return Shipping: For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.

Care and Maintenance of Precious Products
At Griha, we offer a range of precious products, including gold-plated jewelry, stone jewelry, cashmere, pashmina, and wool items. We kindly ask our customers to take special care of these items to ensure their longevity and maintain their quality.
Jewellery Care:
Gold-plated and stone jewelry should not be worn in the shower, while swimming, or during activities that may expose them to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
Store jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
Fabric Care:
Cashmere, pashmina, and wool products are dry clean only. Please avoid washing these items at home to prevent damage.
Take care to avoid snagging the fabric on jewelry or rough surfaces, as this can cause pulls and tears.
